Andrea

Back in November I was able to arrange a photo shoot again with Andrea (formerly Elaina Noir), it's been two years since our last shoot and it was her first time underwater.

We met up a bit before sunset and did a few photos in my private portraiture style using the natural light through the window.

Although I love doing studio art nudes with the crisp lighting, I also love photographing with natural light and a wide open lens with a shallow depth of field, especially with a minimal or no make-up natural look. I doubt I could ever settle into only one type of photo, though I do develop a style of my own for each type of photo session I do.

Once it started getting dark we headed off to the pool.

At the end I decided to try something different and do some photos while standing in the pool with just the single harsh light, I really liked how they turned out and will be doing more of them in the future.

You can see more photos from the photo shoot in the slideshow. Hopefully it won't be 2 years until our next shoot :)
