Being winter we spent most of the time in the studio (a post for another day), however if you pick your location well, and the weather cooperates the sun can provide just enough warmth to allow location photoshoots. We had a short opportunity to duck out for a while.

We started in one of my year round go to spots. The different seasons change the way it looks, it's a little out of the way, it's mostly sheltered from the wind, so usually makes a good choice

I'm not sure how much longer I'll be able to use it for art nude photos though, as the area is being "enhanced" with extra paths and facilities which will bring more people around. In one way I see this as a good thing, in another it's nice to have areas so close to the inner city that are a natural environment, so would prefer it to stay as is.

For the moment though, the usual spectators are the local kangaroo population.

For the last few photos we walked a little distance to a different stand of trees. It's a little more exposed there both to the wind and people possibly walking by, so we didn't stay for long.
