Sometimes I will photograph someone who while being completely comfortable photographed nude, would prefer not to be recognized in the photos.

There are a few ways to make photos anonymous, the simplest is to avoid photographing any identifying features - particularly the face and head.

That is not always possible though, so another option is to focus on small sections of the body in a series of bodyscapes.

An advantage of focusing on sections of the body is that you can achieve an almost sculptural effect to the photos, which is one I like to do whenever possible.

The same style works equally well for men and couples. Age is not a barrier either, as it can be an advantage particularly for bodyscapes.

The style can also be embellished by the use of props, rope, or other similar items, which I intend to showcase in a future blog post.
